I liked how the game was set up like Solitaire, which made it a bit easier to pick up. However, I wasn't sure how to make a chord. If that's something that a musician would know, then good for them, but I'm not a musician. A short tutorial would be helpful for us non-musical folk who have no ear for pleasing sounds.

I absolutely love the art style! It's not often that you see a game drawn in colored pencils. The gameplay was actually pretty smooth, so kudos to you for that. My only major criticism at this point is your monsters: they look a little too much like the Wisps from SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog series. Be careful—parody laws will only give you so much protection, especially since this isn't a STH fangame. It's okay to be original. Even if you don't think they look cool, at least they'll be yours.

I didn't have a friend to play with, so I guess I didn't really get the full experience. The game wasn't bad, overall. The graphics were simplistically charming, but I felt that the controls were a little clunky and hard to use. Maybe you could try determining direction with the mouse instead of the keys?
